Making Connections exhibition highlights the relationship between the UK and Continental Europe during the bronze and neolithic ages. Objects represent common thinking and shared beliefs between the continents. The first object on display, borrowed from the British Museum, is a beautiful jade axe from the Dolomites. Importantly, this was English Heritage’s first collaboration with the British Museum.
Leigh designed the object mounts, 3D layouts, angled plinths and visited the BM to trial a rotating turntable for the Folkton Drums display.
Helen Lyon at Studio hb designed the lovely graphics of differing backdrop landscapes and object postcards.
